awesomeji.com is an online store providing worlwide service for sending gifts to India and other parts of the world.
How soon can you deliver?
We generally need 3 working days to deliver the products, but in case you happen to be late, we will try hard make sure that the delivery can take place within 24 - 48 hours at no extra charge ( if this is not possible, we will deliver as soon as we can). Generally metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Calcutta and Bangalore require a shorter lead time of 2 days (or 3 days) and other towns and cities require a lead time of 3-4 days. Some products like perfumes, electronics, and custom made products can take up to 5 to 9 days to get delivered. Delivery time is generally mentioned next to the product. Delivery during festival times will be made during the period as specified on the website and not necessarily on the preferred date as given by the customer.

How do I check the Status of my order?
Click on “Track my order” and enter the required details to check the status.
Can I Change My Personal Details?
Yes, you can change your personal information anytime as per your convenience. To make the changes, log into your account and make the changes in the 'Edit Profile' option.
After you place an order, we will ship your order within the shipping time provided on the product page. Registered members can find their order information by logging into "Your Account" on awesomeji.com. This confirmation will contain the details of the products ordered. However, you can receive a confirmation mail once the order is processed and shipped.
What is Checkout?
Checkout is the beginning of the Payment process on online portals. Once you add item(s) in your cart, the next subsequent process is Checkout which starts the moment you click on the ‘Checkout' button. Here you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing details along with your choice of Payment mode.
Following this, you will be redirected to the respective Payment gateway where you will be required to provide your Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking details in order to authorize the payment for the particular item(s) that you added in your cart. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation message about your order being placed with us successfully and awaiting delivery.
How can I cancel my Order?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to making payment. Sign-in into "Your Account" and click on "View Orders" link that shows you open orders. You can click on "Cancel order" next to your pending order.

The prices are inclusive of cost of product, delivery & service charge and all taxes.
Do you accept cheque/cash/ DD for receiving payment?
NO. Currently we do not have such facilities.
The delivery cities and towns depend on the product you are ordering. Cakes have a limited delivery list, but other gifts can be delivered to more than 200 towns and cities in
We send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details. If the recipient has sent a return message, this will be e-mailed to you.
Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages?
There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is due to awesomeji.com.
The delay can also occur due to customs clearances for International Cities and Octroi clearances ( Maharashtra and West Bengal)in certain states in India.
What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?
awesomeji.com will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. If we have not processed the order it can be cancelled with a 10% service fee. For more details please see the terms and conditions.
What should I do if refund is not received/Charged for cancelled order?

What do I do if my transaction could not be completed but my account has been debited?
In case of a false transaction where your account has been debited, inform us immediately. Call us at +91-89712 11550 or send a mail to [email protected] with the following details

• amount debited
• product details
• email id/user id with which you are registered with us

How do I return an item?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
the item may be damaged during transit
or there might be a manufacturing defect
or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

Do I have to pay for reshipment? Or Are there extra charges during reshipment?
Yes, there are extra charges during reshipment. We attempt the delivery only once. If the delivery is not accepted or availed by the customer, extra charges of logistics for reshipment of the product shall be borne by the customer and not by awesomeji.com.
Am I notified if the product is not delivered? Or What happens when the order is not deliverd?
Yes, you are notified. A single attempt shall be made to deliver the product. Under conditions where the recipient denied the order, or incorrect address was mentioned or recipient was not available or premises were closed or incorrect phone/ mobile number or extension number was incorrect or recipient phone number is unreachable then the product shall be held at the nearest destination city / town for 5 working days. During these 5 days several attempts shall be made again to contact/reach the customer and deliver the product. Failing this the product shall either be destroyed or reshipped back to our warehouse. No refund shall be made in such cases and full amount will be retained by awesomeji.com. In cases where the shipment is re-routed to the correct address the extra charges incurred shall be borne by the customer (sender).
